For large events, Allie’s also provides PartyCAD images that are to scale and will assist both you and Allie’s with coordinating lighting, seating, and accurate stage and canopy sizing. With the assistance of satellite imaging, we are able to pinpoint the location of your event and accurately place equipment in a fashion that will allow us to set up your event in the most efficient way possible.

Installation, Setup, And Take Down

An Allie’s™ representative will work with you to quote any additional labor, delivery and pickup, based on rental location and times requested.

Standard labor to install and remove included with rental cost for the following equipment:

  • Heating
  • Staging (Need General Flat Area)
  • Dance floor (Outside application to be determined on a per job basis)

24 Hour Emergency Service

The customer service we provide at Allie’s Party Equipment Rental, Inc., is what makes us the best choice for your event equipment needs. Allie’s proudly offers 24-hour emergency customer service seven days a week. Below are our regular business hours:

San Marcos Business Hours:

Monday – Friday : 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday : 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Any emergency service needs, will be quoted on a per job basis, including unlocking the warehouse outside of regular business hours.
Delivery/pick up and install/removal is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week upon request. All pricing will be quoted on a per job basis.
